Adventure Pass Prize Drawing

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

The Adventure Pass Prize Drawing (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

Each contest period runs as specified on the Contest page of the website. Weekly drawings occur every seven (7) days. Monthly drawings occur on the last day of each calendar month. All entries must be submitted and approved before the drawing date.

4. How to Enter

To earn entries, participants must create a free account at the Adventure Pass website and complete eligible actions at participating businesses. Eligible actions include:

  • Check-In (1 entry): Physically visit a participating business and submit a GPS-verified check-in through the platform.
  • Social Media Post (3 entries): Post original content featuring a participating business on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and submit proof (screenshot or link) through the platform.
  • Bonus Content (7 entries): Submit original photos or videos featuring a participating business through the platform.
  • Route Completion Bonus: Complete all stops on a curated route to earn additional bonus entries as specified on the route page.

All submissions are subject to review and approval by the Sponsor. Fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible submissions will be disqualified.

5. Drawing and Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable contest period. Each entry represents one chance to win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its authorized representative.

6. Prizes

Prize details, including cash amounts, are specified on the Contest page. Cash prizes will be awarded via electronic transfer or check. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
