By accessing or using the Adventure Pass platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to participate in the rewards program. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Points and Entries
Points earned through the platform have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the platform. Points are converted to contest entries as described in the Contest Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust, cancel, or modify the points system at any time.
4. User Content
By submitting photos, reviews, or other content through the platform, you grant Adventure Pass a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for promotional purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to submit all content you provide.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent check-ins, reviews, or social media posts; create multiple accounts; use automated tools or bots; harass other users or businesses; or violate any applicable laws or third-party platform terms of service.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The Service may encourage participation on third-party platforms such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your account or content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listings, availability of prizes, or uninterrupted access to the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventure Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
